01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

02 Acceptance of Terms

1. You may hold only one (1) account on h777 at any time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by shared name, date of birth, address, payment method, device, or IP address — constitute a breach of these Terms.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the h777 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. h777 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and most bank transfers are credited to your h777 wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• h777 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion, including deposits made from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Deposits are made for the purpose of betting and gaming activity. Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without engaging in genuine betting activity may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 2,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. h777 may request valid KYC documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time or high-value withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. h777 does not facilitate withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Processing times are estimated as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers — within 24 to 48 business hours. These are estimates and may vary based on payment provider processing times.
• h777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of verification checks, investigation of suspicious account activity, or for compliance with applicable regulations.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

h777 offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentive programmes to eligible members. The following general terms apply to all h777 promotions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is offered:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• All bets are final once confirmed. h777 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where h777 has made a manifest error in the odds or game configuration.
• h777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the member's account.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the in-play market and the status of the relevant event. h777 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• h777 may impose individual bet limits or account-level betting limits at its sole discretion, particularly for members whose betting patterns indicate professional or syndicated betting activity.
• Where the outcome of a sporting event is unclear, disputed, or subsequently found to have been affected by match-fixing or corruption, h777 reserves the right to void all related bets and return stakes.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of each game round is independent and not influenced by previous results.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the h777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the h777 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of h777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h777 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

11 Responsible Gaming

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds in breach of promotional terms will not be returned.
